ABSTRACT

Pseudophakic pseudoexfoliation is the accumulation of pseudoexfoliation material on the intraocular lens. Most of the cases have showed scattered flecks of pseudoexfoliation material on the surface of the intraocular lens. However, the phakic pattern consisting of classic three-zone on the intraocular lens is rarely observed. In this case report, we describe a phakic pattern pseudoexfoliation material on the intraocular lens surface 8 years after cataract extraction.
