Nodular Scleritis and Sweet Syndrome

Sweet’s syndrome (Acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis) is a rare skin disorder characterized by fever, neutrophilic leucocytosis, and erythematous skin nodules. Patients are usually middle-aged women presenting with painful skin lesions. This syndrome is known to have extra-cutaneous manifestations involving the joints, kidneys, liver, and lungs. In this article, the authors aim to present a case of Sweet’s syndrome with ocular involvement.
