The purpose of this study is to report the alterations of multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) in case of acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR). Visual acuity was 10/10 in both eye in a 25 years old women with visual field defect in her right eye since 1 week. Her anterior and posterior biomicroscopic examination and fluorescein angiography was normal in both eye. Visual field examination showed visual field defect in her left eye. The mfERG showed reduced responses corresponding to the visual field defect of the perimetry. Besides the perimetric defects mfERG changes may help to confirm the diagnosis of AZOOR.
